Position Summary

GPMPS Inc. is seeking a qualified Network Specialist to support enterprise information technology systems and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining network operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring reliable system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and network availability.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain system security and access controls.
• Support end users and provide technical assistance.
• Document system configurations and maintenance activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and networking concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting large-scale operational environments.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
