Position Summary

GPMPS, Inc. is seeking dependable and safety-conscious Material Handlers to support warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, moving, issuing, and shipping materials, equipment, and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and store materials using manual methods and material handling equipment.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment and distribution.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, and documentation during receiving and issuing operations.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management activities.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment as authorized.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, and safety concerns to supervisors.
• Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience.
• Ability to lift, carry, move, and handle materials safely.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory tracking systems.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in warehouse, distribution, logistics, transportation, or industrial environments.
• Forklift operator certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
• Experience with inventory management systems or warehouse management software.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures.
• Experience handling industrial, mechanical, or technical equipment and materials.
