Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking Asphalt Laborers to support paving crews on commercial and roadway construction projects. Previous asphalt experience is preferred but motivated individuals willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
· Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and repair.
· Rake, shovel, lute, and compact asphalt.
· Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials.
· Maintain a clean and safe job site.
· Follow directions from supervisors.
· Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Previous asphalt or construction experience preferred.
· Ability to perform physically demanding work.
· Reliable transportation.
· Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
· Ability to work overtime when required.
