Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Asphalt Equipment Operators to operate paving and grading equipment safely and efficiently while producing high-quality finished surfaces.
Responsibilities
· Operate asphalt pavers, rollers, skid steers, loaders, milling machines, and other heavy equipment.
· Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
· Work closely with paving crews to maintain production goals.
· Ensure grade, slope, and asphalt quality meet project specifications.
· Follow all OSHA and company safety requirements.
· Report equipment issues promptly.
Qualifications
· Experience operating asphalt paving equipment.
· Ability to read grade stakes and follow project specifications.
· Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
· Valid driver's license (CDL preferred for some positions).
· Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime.
